The GlycoBioTec2019 is the follow up symposium of the very well-received GlycoBioTec2017 with 180 participants from academia and industry. At the GlycoBioTec 2019, current trends in modern biomedical/biopharmaceutical glycobiotechnology are presented. The symposium embodies an interactive forum for the discussion of cutting-edge research on the frontiers of glycobiotechnology, spanning fundamental theory to method & technology development relevant to biopharma, health, medicine and functional food.

For the upcoming GlycoBioTec we are glad to present,
-        Naoyuki Taniguchi, RIKEN Systems Glycobiology Research Group, Japan
-        Matthew P. DeLisa, Cornell University, USA
-        Mark von Itzstein, Griffith University, Australia
-        Geert-Jan Boons, Utrecht University, Netherlands
-        Alain Beck, Centre d’Immunologie Pierre Fabre, France

as keynote speakers!

Furthermore, the GlycoBioTec2019 centers on science and people by creating a confidential ambience that ensures a vigorous exchange between delegates, and the attractive conference format features sessions on:
  • Impact of Expression Systems and Cultivation Conditions on Glycosylation
  • Synthetic Glycoengineering
  • Glycoengineering via Cell Line Design
  • Technologies & Methods for Glycoanalytics
  • Glycoimmunology and
  • Glycosylation & Protein Function

Based on these topics from basic research to industrial application a broad coverage on state of the art analytics, expression systems, pharmaceutical process technologies and medical applications in glycobiotechnology is provided.

We hope very much that you can follow our invitation, and look forward to hearing from you and meeting with you latest January 2019 in Berlin.

Please feel free to forward this invitation to colleagues from whom you believe that they might also be interested.
