Application For Student or Post-Doctoral Fellow Travel Award

I. To apply for a Travel Award to attend the Glycobiology Conference, please complete and submit the following application materials:

• Complete the travel award cover page supplied as a Word document or PDF Form. Complete both the applicant and mentor sections of the form and save the file for submission. Incomplete applications will be returned.
   
• Current C.V. of applicant (in MS Word or as a PDF file)
   
• Letter of support from mentor (in MS Word or as a PDF file)
   
• Abstract of work to be presented (in MS Word or as a PDF file. This should be the same abstract submitted to the meeting)
   
• NOTE: The Society strongly encourages BOTH THE APPLICANT AND THE MENTOR to become members of the Society. Top priority will be given to applications where both the applicant and mentor are Society members.

II. Limit of only two Travel Award Applications per individual investigator’s laboratory.

III. Application materials MUST BE SENT ELECTRONICALLY to the Society Secretary at: secretary@glycobiology.org Applications will be reviewed by the Society Awards Committee for final award selection.
